individual traveler. What can you offer
me?
At any time, you can email
us to find out what tours are currently
planning to depart from your area. Select
the trip you are interested in and we'll get
in touch with the trip's organizer to see if
they have room for more!
Where does your transportation come
from?
This
Tour Company contracts from a
list of qualified luxury motor coach
companies. These charter companies are
located throughout the United States and
should the motor coach come from out of
town, this Tour Company provides
the driver with a local hotel room so he
will be well rested to start your tour. Safety
is our number one priority!
What kind of motor coaches do you use?
They contract 55-seat,
luxury motor coaches that are fully equipped
with on-board restrooms and audiovisual
equipment. Every Motor Coach they use is
guaranteed to be no more than three years
old.
Do your Motor Coaches have DVD or VCR
players? Do they have cassette or CD
players?
Due to the changing
state of technology, some motor coaches have
one, the other, or both.
Are there stops scheduled during the
trip?
Yes. Drivers stop
every two to two and one-half hours for
restroom breaks. It is also important for
mature adults to stretch and move during
these breaks in order to encourage blood
flow. Safety is our number one priority.
What about using the on-board
facilities?
Walking down the
aisles of a moving vehicle should be avoided
at all costs so we advise these facilities
are only used in "emergencies". Safety
is our number one priority.
Can we drive through the night so that
we can get to our destination in the
morning?
No. This
Motor Coach Tour Company will not
allow it's drivers to drive
overnight. Federal regulations require
that it's drivers cannot be on the
road for more than 10 hours and all Tour
trips are designed to have a daily drive
time of 9 hours and 15 minutes. Safety
is our number one priority!
What if one of my participants needs
to cancel?
Insurance is
highly recommended for your
protection. However, this company will
refund any amount paid as long as the
traveler cancels at least 2 weeks before
the trip and the number of remaining
participants stays at 30 or more. PLEASE
NOTE: If you purchase insurance, you can
cancel your trip at any time and have a
much greater chance of receiving a refund
(it all depends on the circumstances) All
refunds are paid upon the departure of the
tour. Canadian Trips: Please consult your
Sales Representative for the cancellation
policies for our Canadian trips. E.N.
Travel will be glad to give you quotes on
Travel Insurance!
What happens if inclement weather,
(i.e. snow, hurricanes, etc.) causes our
trip to cancel?
This Tour Company will
NEVER place you or your participants in
harm's way. They will do everything
possible to reschedule your trip at
another time. Safety
is our number one priority!
What hotels do you use?
In most cases, non-smoking
rooms with either two double or queen size
beds in major franchise hotels are booked.
In some destinations, hotels are of the
"boutique" variety (New
Orleans), or "rustic" (Cape Cod)
depending on the location. Regardless,
their on-site representatives regularly inspect
all hotels for sanitation, hospitality and
safety. Safety is our
number one priority!
What about luggage handling?
This Tour Company provides
luggage handling at all destination
hotels. We suggest that for en route
locations, participants bring
"carry-on" luggage packed with
sleeping apparel, toiletries and, most
importantly, medications. If you wish to
make arrangements for luggage handling at
the en route hotels, please notify us
and we can make these arrangements for a
nominal cost.
Can you accommodate school groups?
This Motor Coach
Tour Company prefers to focus its
attention on the traveling adult.
Therefore, it does not cater to
groups of minors.
Can I "tweak" my tour?
At most
destinations, this Tour Company offers
various versions of the same tour (i.e.
African American, Catholic, Jewish, etc.).
Beyond that, ask your Representative if
you have a specific request and we will do
what we can to see it can happen.
One or more of my clients have
specific dietary requirements (kosher,
vegetarian, etc.).
This
Tour Company will accommodate
specific dietary requests when made in
advance.
What if I have an emergency while on
the road or at my destination?
They
will provide you with a list of staff
telephone numbers prior to your departure.
These people are available twenty-four
hours a day for emergency purposes. Your
Destination Manager will also be on hand
upon your arrival and during your tour to
assist you and your participants, should
any emergencies arise.
Is tipping included?
All
gratuities for planned meals are included.
However, it is suggested that
you build into the cost of your trip an
appropriate gratuity for your driver and
any step-on guides? Your sales
representative will be happy to assist you
in this.
